Zero-clearance insert for Hammer/Felder saws. Fits models K3, B3, Perform, K3WC, and similar ones. If you have any doubts, we'll be happy to advise.

The original plastic insert (insert plate 213NGA) is versatile and leaves a large opening, facilitating bottom dust extraction and allowing you to work at various bevel angles simultaneously.

Using our insert significantly improves work when a much smaller kerf is needed, preventing chips from getting stuck.

The latest version of the insert features additional M4 threaded holes that allow (using clamping screws) precise leveling with the original table.

To strengthen the insert, its shape differs significantly from the original plastic insert. Every available space has been utilized.

Included in the set:

• Zero-clearance insert – The opening for the saw blade/riving knife has to be made by the enduser.
• 8x M4 leveling set screws.

Before assembly, we recommend watching the video. In the video description, you will also find a link to alternative methods for cutting the riving knife hole.

It's especially important to lower the scoring blade before starting the motor.

 If you are using blades with a diameter of >Ø250mm, shaping the hole should be done with a smaller blade. Remove the insert, install the smaller blade, reattach the insert, and finish cutting the hole using a larger one, e.g., Ø315mm.

The insert was made on a CNC milling machine. The material is made of 18mm double-sided laminated, non-slip plywood.

During the transport of large sheets from the wholesale supplier and during the cutting process on a table saw, despite our utmost care, there may occasionally be slight scratches on the surface of the plywood. However, this has no impact on its usability.
