• K500s (does not fit older models with 4 mounting screws (-2008) – must have 5 mounting holes)

Replaces original plastic inserts (e.g., Item No. 423-107, etc.).

Using our insert significantly improves performance when a much smaller opening is required to prevent cut-offs from jamming.

Thanks to M4-threaded holes, it is possible to precisely level and align the insert with the original table surface.

To reinforce the insert, its shape differs significantly from the original plastic insert. The entire available space has been utilized.

Our video demonstrates several possible methods for creating openings for the blade and riving knife.

Included in the set:

• Zero Clearance insert - openings for the blade/riving knife must be made independently
• 10 M4 leveling screws
• 5 mounting screws

The insert is manufactured on a CNC milling machine. The material is 18 mm thick, double-sided laminated plywood.

During the transport of large sheets from wholesalers or during the cutting process, slight scratches may occur on the surface despite the utmost care. However, this does not affect functionality.
