Replaces the original plastic inserts (e.g., Item No. 423-107, etc.).

Using our inserts significantly improves operation when a much smaller opening is needed to prevent scraps from getting stuck. It is an excellent replacement for broken originals.

Thanks to the M4-threaded holes, it is possible to precisely level and align the insert with the original table surface.

To reinforce the insert, its shape differs significantly from the original plastic insert. All available space has been utilized.

In our video, you can see some of the possible methods for creating openings for the blade, riving knife and scoring unit.

Set includes:

• 1 pc. Zero Clearance insert - holes for the blade/scoring unit must be created by the user
• 1 pc. wooden universal insert for the saw
• 20 M4 adjustment screws
• 10 mounting screws

The insert is manufactured on a CNC milling machine. The material is 18 mm thick, double-sided laminated plywood.

During the transport of large sheets from wholesalers or during the cutting process, slight scratches may occur on the surface despite the utmost care. However, this does not affect functionality.
