RealCutStop ™
Replacement for item no. 42 with catalog number 419623-7 for the Makita SP6000 SP6000J plunge saw.
On the right in the picture, you can see the factory lock from Makita, which only indicates the least useful initial value for a 165mm blade.
Our new lock speeds up work and minimizes the potential for errors in calculations.
With this lock, we can lock the cutting depth in three positions:
- Position 0 - initial position - plunge saw on its own foot
- Position II - initial position - plunge saw on guide rail
- Position with carbide tooth - entire tooth outside the bottom edge of the board.
Included in the set:
- one printed lock and two positioning pins.
It should be attached in place of the factory lock (simply loosen the nut, change the washer and spring, tighten, and you're done).
When locking, the lock should be pressed parallel to the guide groove.
The lock is made using FDM 3D printing technology.
